Isis, the first Queen and Goddess of Egypt, the Goddess of Heaven and Earth, Fertility, Magic, Death and Rebirth. She was the daughter of Nut, the Goddess of the Overarching Sky and Geb, the God of Earth, sister and wife of Osiris, and mother of Horus. Isis was worshipped as the ideal mother and wife, as well as the matron of nature and magic. She was the friend of slaves, sinners, artisans, and the downtrodden. She listened to the prayers of the wealthy, maidens, aristocrats, and rulers (R.E Witt, "Isis in the Ancient World").
 

Spirit of Isis is owned and run by Maria Savva. Her fascination with Ancient Egypt goes back as far as her childhood, especially with Pharaohs, Gods and Goddesses, the most prominent being Isis. Maria's trip to Egypt revived her connection allowing her to acknowledge her spiritual experiences.

 
Her dream and vision was to create a place where anyone could go and find guidance, healing, sanctuary, and develop as well as expand their own spiritual abilities.
